Refund policy

Every piece is handmade with love — but if something’s not quite right, here’s how we sort things:

 

If your item is faulty or damaged:

  • We’ll happily offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
  • We cover return shipping. Just email us within 7 days of receiving your item with a photo and your order number.

 

🔄 If you’ve changed your mind:

  • We accept returns for refund.
  • Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility (we recommend tracked post).
  • Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

⏳ Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
