They're Going Up — Like the Husband on the Ladder
This weekend the husband was up a ladder repairing the skyline window in our barn studio.
He's up the ladder doing the actual work… and I'm on the ground, very officially instructed to sit on the base of the ladder to keep it steady.
Yes. My contribution was… sitting.
Apparently this is what decades of marriage leads to — being trusted as human ballast.

But there you go — I don't take things sitting down most of the time.
And that got me thinking about prices. Specifically, mine. Prices go up. It's just a fact of running a small handmade business. Like the husband on the ladder — you go up one rung at a time. Carefully. With a good reason.
Shell ya later,
Rina
