Last Day in Manila...

Well… today is my last day in Manila, and tomorrow I head back to Auckland.

Only to arrive right just in time for the erratic monsoon typhoons and get stuck in the floods of Manila!

So there was no surfing. In fact, I barely managed to escape Manila!

But looking back, I actually got a LOT done.

I trained these young ladies Ada & Sunshine to help me hand-sculpt some of your jewellery ready for the busy Q4 season.

And most importantly spent time with family, visited my sisters.

So perhaps being stuck indoors wasn't such a bad thing after all.

And now, after all that rain, I'm actually really looking forward to getting home.

Funny how quickly you start missing the place you were so desperate to escape a few weeks ago!
