Refund policy
Every piece is handmade with love — but if something’s not quite right, here’s how we sort things:
If your item is faulty or damaged:
- We’ll happily offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
- We cover return shipping. Just email us within 7 days of receiving your item with a photo and your order number.
If you’ve changed your mind:
- We accept returns for refund.
- Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility (we recommend tracked post).
- Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to request a return:
- Email us with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds:
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
