If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of receiving the item for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
How to Initiate a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
- We will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return shipping address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the item is safely returned to us.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
