After almost one month of salty surf, sweltering heat, and pupusa-fuelled adventures...

I’m finally back home — and back in the barn.

And you know what? I’m actually loving the cooler change here in the winterless Far North. 

Before landing back in NZ, I did a quick layover in California for a mini reunion with my relatives on my dad’s side. Mini being very relative — here’s a photo. Believe it or not, this is what a small Filipino reunion looks like 😂
